Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Artist / Project Manager / Sign Builder for a graphics signage company located in Midtown Manhattan that has been in business for over 20 years.
Duties:
- Create ADA and exterior signage shop drawings.
- Oversee production and installation scheduling.
- Experience with sign-making equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of signage installation is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in the signage industry.
- Strong understanding of production design principles and art direction.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating technical shop drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- Associate degree preferred.
